Adult Groups

NEW GROUPS START UP IN FEBRUARY AND YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR THOSE GROUPS THROUGHOUT JANUARY!

gg.pngGrowth Groups are the most effective way to begin to get growthgroup.jpgconnected and be encouraged to grow in Christ, here at Shoreline.

We believe that there are three key benefits you will experience by being an active part of a Growth Group:

  1. Grow in your walk.  People grow best in a team-family atmosphere where they connect with one another and with God’s Word.
  2. Grow significant relationships. Over time you connect with some key people you will want to know and be known by.
  3. Growth in spiritual maturity. It is our desire that each Growth Group establish accountability as a key focus of their group. Without significant relationships that are built around helping each other grow in one’s walk with Christ through healthy accountability, there can be no growth in Christ!

These Groups meet on times and days of the week. They will meet in homes, at church, and at public locations. It is our goal that every attender at Shoreline becomes involved in a Growth Group. They meet to have fun, grow spiritually, serve others, develop solid relationships, and to encourage one another in their progress of becoming a disciple who can make disciples.

Growth Groups require a 4 – 12 week commitment and are comprised of 6 to 18 people.  A Growth Group will seek to meet weekly, party monthly, and serve quarterly!

Growth Groups are offered throughout the year:
Spring: Sign up in January and meet from February through April.
Summer: Sign up in May and meet from June through August.
Fall: Sign up in September and meet from October through early December.
